Suite Joy is a lovely and romantic, modern and functional apartment, located on the groundfloor floor of our main house, in via Mantova n ° 4 in Peschiera del Garda, very close to the center of Peschiera del Garda and to the lake.

It is a very bright, colorful and comfortable suite, of about 35 square meters., with double bedroom and separate living area with kitchenette, sofa bed (1 bed) and bathroom with shower.

The Suite has an independent entrance from the condominium courtyard, with a parking space in front of the property. In the summer season, a table with garden chairs is available in front of the entrance of the apartment to enjoy the outdoors. The furniture is new, original and colorful, well equipped and very functional.

Equipment:
hairdryer, air conditioning / heating, TV with digital terrestrial (italian channel), iron, vacuum cleaner, household detergents, kitchen complete with crockery, microwave, fridge / frezer, electric kettle, toaster. Possibility of baby bed for children 0-3 years.
Included services:
supply of linen and towels (linen change on request for a fee), supply of toilet paper, washing machine, free connection to the wi-fi network.
Fees:
municipal tourist tax €. 1.00 / night per person > 12 years old

Linen -towel and cleanings:
Our apartments are equipped with a washing machine and all the necessary items for drying and ironing ... the offer does not include daily cleaning services and linen changes.
Final cleanings: our apartments are delivered tidy and clean and we ask  to our guests to leave the accomodations in good hygiene conditions and order atcheck-out. FINAL CLEANINGS SUPPLY: €. 30,00 if the apartment will be left in a good state of order and cleanliness...€.70,00 if it will be left dirty and untidy.
